To keep the flame of Remembrance burning, the Ontario Provincial Command publishes an annual Military Service Recognition Book (MSRB) to identify and recognize many of our Veterans who have or are living in the Province of Ontario. Veterans who have served or are still serving in our Canadian Armed Forces, the Commonwealth or Allied Forces qualify for a submission publication.
The MSRB is a record of service that lives on and helps keep the memory of service alive where it might be otherwise lost.
We invite military veterans and/or families to contact the MSRB coordinator at Branch 499 to get the process started. The List of Executives button below will take you to the contact information for the MSRB Coordinator and all other executives. You can pick up the form at the branch or use the fillable PDF from Ontario Command. Submissions are accepted year-round and are published annually on a first come, first served basis.
